Frequently asked questions
Who are the courses for?
Adults and allies seeking respectful, practical learning about consent, communication, anatomy, safety, and relationships. We avoid age-inappropriate materials and use inclusive language.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. Our courses are educational and do not replace care from licensed clinicians. We encourage you to consult a professional for personal health decisions.
What formats are available?
Most courses are self-paced with downloadable transcripts and reflection prompts. Some offerings run as live cohorts with moderated Q&A.
Do you offer certificates?
For selected tracks, we provide completion certificates that acknowledge hours of study. Certificates reflect participation, not professional licensure.
What is your refund policy?
Self-paced courses are refundable within 14 days if less than 20% is completed. Live cohorts are refundable up to 48 hours before the first session. See full Terms.
How do you protect my privacy?
We minimize data, use secure payment providers, and offer clear cookie controls. Review our Privacy Policy.
Are the courses inclusive?
Yes. We design content that welcomes diverse identities and bodies, with language guidelines and accessibility practices.
Can caregivers use your materials?
Caregivers and allies are welcome. We include dedicated modules on communication, boundaries, and media literacy for supporting others responsibly.
